5. APPROVAL OF SEOTENBER 2,2025 MINUTES MSCU Steve Anderson/Dave Fredricks to approve.

6. REPORT - Elaine Jacobs – DISCUSSION/ACTION Elaine reported that as of 11-30-25, the Club has a balance of $14,975.97. 5 Stand Fiscal Balance Report $18,707.01. (see attachment) MSCU Steve Anderson/Jim Wages to approve Treasurer’s Report as presented.

7. CLUB REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS:
Phil Guisti – Shot Gun – Claybreakers – 6 new shooters, 7th grader girl, shot 50 straight!!! Will have approximately 20 kids.
Regulators – Nothing to report.
Armorer – all calm
Public Relations – when reschedule open house; next meeting will start planning for Spring. Will have more planning meetings. Nothing else.
CMP - 3 or 4 of core guys. Continue to shoot on Sats.
Paiute Creek Renegades - Next Black powder shoot May .

8. OLD BUSINESS:

  1. Projects – 4-H Shotgun Report – (Greg Valceschini) (Sandy Hutchins) President Bill signed the University of CA Cooperative Extension Agreement for the Lassen 4-H Shooting Sports Program as presented by Sandy Hutchins. She introduced Keith Crosby, Walter Kirkland and Robert Allen as representatives of the club. Walter Kirkland/Robert Allen will be added to the list of Sportsmen’s Representatives. MSCU Sophia Wages/Elaine to approve.

    Nomination for Officers:
    President Bill asked if there were any further nominations ; no additional nominees - current slate will remain.

9.NEW BUSINESS

  1. P.O.S.T. Berm Extension Request – DISCUSSION/ACTION (Jess Jacobs) Decided to wait until next year to see what kind of income. Depends on how much money the club has.
  2. Range Security Update: Solar Panels Donation, Life Time Membership for Russell Bates for volunteering for installation and electrical wiring – DISCUSSION/ACTION (Chris Mancebo) Since Chris was not in attendance, the item will be put on the next Agenda.
  3. 5-Stand Report – Building Repairs/Replacement Options DISCUSSION/ACTION (Greg Valeschini)
    After lengthy discussions regarding the scheduling and conflicts with 5-Stand Sunday shooting schedule, to enable 4H Shooter to participate a motion was presented: MSCU Greg Valeschini/Sophia Wages that 5 Stand be every Sunday at 9am during the months of May, June, July, and August. (Except the 3rd Sunday of May for 2026.)

10. OTHER INFORMATION:
MSCU Steve Anderson/Benny Morrow to donate to Salvation Army or Shopping with Police Officer $200 for Christmas for Kids or Shopping with a Hero as suggested by Treasurer Elaine Jacobs.

MSCU Elaine Jacobs/Jim Wages to keep Claybreakers Invitational Saturday May 9, 2026.
