    3. Email account for Executive Board to sumbit and meeting to be setup online(Chris will present price points)
    4. Consideration of purchase of Chromebook for Club Secretarial use.
    5. Add CRPA to the list of Club Representatives
    6. Insurance Coverage for the Board Members; separate coverage for fiduciary coverage
    7. Bylaw additions:
      1. Add language for Annual Audit committee selection to review - Treasurer's Books if item(f) os approved.
      2. Add language for CRPA as part of club representatives list if item (e) is approved.
