6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 4,2023. MSCU Steve Anderson/Elaine Jacobs to approve as amended with changes.

7. CORRESPONDENCE - Letter to Kris Thomassen for Donation was sent thanking him for $100 donation to the Club.

8. TREASURER'S REPORT: Elaine read the Treasurer's Report. See attached. MSCU Jim Wages/Matt Denney to approve. Balance for Sportsmen's Fiscal Report - $15,037.63; Trap Fiscal Report - $12,567.43. See Attached.

9. CLUB REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS: Don Williams – have been shooting during this winter. Phil – Absent; Jim Wages, Regulators – increasing by 25% child of shooter attending; Armorers report, all armorer locked up; Scott, nothing to report; Paiute Creek, Labor Day weekend shoot scheduled for this year. If too late, will go back to original date Elaine asked Club Reps to explain their group to new members in attendance. CMP – Bill still hoping to have a match this year due to weather

10. OLD BUSINESS:

  1. Second Reading to Approve Officer Elections for 2 -year terms. (First Reading – September 23, 2023) (DISCUSSION/ACTION) MSCU Scott Anderson/Steve Anderson to approve

11.NEW BUSINESS (Discussion/Action)

  1. Estimates for culverts to complete the draining for the West Road at Upper Gate (DISCUSSION/INFORMATION) Jess Jacobs second upper gate; 30 feet of culvert when it rains, need to set money aside for 1 or 3 years; cowboys section drainage is complete, culvert will keep drainage from road; PeeWee Construction - $6500- 7,000; Crazy J - $11,140.41. Think about it; set $$ aside every year each year will be more expensive. Put on Agenda for next meeting. Jim,if we have the money, lets do it. We will be saving $$. Bill, this is just to put a 30 foot culvert across the road. 30 feet long and will take care of drainage.
  2. Bill – need to check our funds.
  3. Weed abatement for Range (DISCUSSION/INFORMATION) Wayne Jambois, Tom Getz, Ag Officer and take a look at what areas we need to spray in terms of weeds, and what herbicides are needed. Ashley Krache, she said need to comply #7 of our lease agreement as to abate. Have to prepare plans annually and submit to BLM by fiscal year to carryover to next fiscal year. Tom knows what BLM requires. Different rates of applications. Will Johnson Weed Abatement Officer BLM will work with Wayne and draft plan for BLM for approval.
  4. Establish dates for “Work Schedule” for cleaning Range (ACTION) – Bill establish cleanup maintenance – Elaine Jacobs/ Scott Parks, to schedule 2x year carried over the date; April 27 Fall – Late September 28.
  5. 100 yd Rifle Bay Update (DISCUSSION/INFORMATION) – Wayne and Benny did a lot of work. Bill hasn’t gotten actual dimensions for that.
  6. Winter Lock (DISCUSSION/INFORMATION) Jim wants to know who is in charge, when it is going to be done, and would someone tell him because he sends people up there. Decide who has key for Winter Lock, Don, Bill and notify Jim so he can tell members.
  7. Camera testing/placement for Range (DISCUSSION/INFORMATION) Chris will report. Bill will call subcommittee meeting for this.
  8. Range Porta-Potty (5) servicing Benny said to have late Spring and Early summer service (DISCUSSION/INFORMATION).

12. OTHER (Discussion/Information)

  1. Estimates for culverts to complete the draining for the West Road at Upper Gate for next meeting June for Action Item
  2. Anything Else – All contact Megan/Brian Dahle SB 1160 registration of Firearms tax fee.
