3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 12,2022
MSCU Elaine Jacobs/Jim Wages to approve.
4. TREASURER'S REPORT
Elaine gave a verbal report.
MSCU/ Scott Parks/Dusty O’berg to approve Treasurer’s Report.
5. CLUB REPRESENTATIVES REPORTS:
CMP – Good participation.
Lassen Regulators – Nothing to Report.
Publicity – Nothing to Report
Range – Portables are in. Range cleanup day. Worked on Walkway and
rock to road.
President Bill reported on range work done. Pistol Range work, culvert,
and berm.
MSCU Steve Anderson/ Scott Parks to approve all officers to include
election of Dusty O’Berg as Regulators representative, and Jim Wages as
Armorer.
6. NEW BUSINESS (Discussion/Action)
Benny presented the new Club Website that his son, Michael
designed. It has a new and improved look that user friendly for
Sportsmen members as well as internet browsers and newcomers to
the area. Discussion of compensation was brought up for time to
develop website and cost per month to maintain.
MSCU Chris Mancebo/Wayne Jambois proposed $400 for onetime
setup money and $20 per quarter—no more than $400 per year.
Sportsmen Application Changes – covered with Bylaws Changes.
Bylaws – Wayne Jambois presented the Bylaws. MSCU Chris
Mancebo/Steve Anderson to approve the changes.
4-H Program – wants to find facility to shoot .22 rifles. Need club
approval to use. They have already paid membership for 2022.
They would like to use the rifle range the 4th weekends, last Sunday
of month. Bill suggested that 4-H Students can shoot with Walter
Kirkland for free as he is a member.
President Bill proposed to table the 4-H members for range use until
the March meeting. MSCU Jim Wages/Steve Anderson to place on
the March Agenda.
President Bill discussed Pistol shoot off the range.
