As per Bylaws ARTICLE 6(f):
A vacancy in the Executive Committee may be temporarily filled by a majority vote of the remaining members of the Committee. At the next regular meeting the vacancy will be announced. The election will be held at the following regular meeting. Members will be notified of the names nominated and the election will be held to fill the unexpired term of office. However, if more than one vacancy exists, a special meeting of the Club shall be called and new officers shall be elected to fill the vacancies until the date of the next December meeting as provided in paragraph a) above.
